Our products are only made from the purest and finest catfish fillets. The production is very careful and gentle. Due to our special production, we can completely do without preservatives and flavor enhancers.

No, they don't taste like fish at all, but the way they look: fresh, hearty and delicious - like a meat sausage.

Our fish comes from EU fish farms. From spawn to fertilization to young fish, everything is in one hand. Healthy fish from day one mean that you are guaranteed not to need medication or antiparasitics. Slaughtering is gentle and stress-free.

The shelf life is 21-25 days depending on the product. Marée sausage specialties can be frozen wonderfully and without loss of taste and can be kept for up to 6 months.

We are currently listed at the REWE stores. EDEKA is currently in the listing. However, most REWE stores do not have them in stock. It is up to the markets themselves which products are taken from the listing. So speak to the store manager in the local REWE store and draw his attention to us. Show him that you are interested in regularly finding these products on the shelves and buying them locally.

How nice that we have also reached people abroad. Currently we were only able to realize a delivery for Austria and Luxembourg, because we absolutely have to keep the cold chain and send it by express delivery. At this point in time, the costs would be far too high to ship to other countries. However, we are still in negotiations and hope for further attractive possibilities soon.
